2c. Timetable (Master Schedule) Assistant Application - 'Setup and Getting Started':

*The video has been replaced, for now, by an explanation and picture rather than a video. The video will return after it has been updated.

You will receive the necessary Timetable Assistant app files via an email attachment.
You will create a folder (20192020Timetable) on your computer (perhaps on your Desktop, perhaps within C: drive etc.)
You will save the 4 files from the email into that folder. *Note: If you are only able to download the files into a 'Downloads' folder or similar, copy or drag or move them from the Downloads folder into the 20192020Timetable folder.
You will 'Rename' the Timetable_v19005_ABCD file to Timetable_v19005_ABCD.mde (To do this, right-click on Timetable_v19005_ABCD, select 'Rename', then append '.mde' to the file and click Ok. The filename should then be Timetable_v19005_ABCD.mde) And the computer should then recognize the file as an MS Access file and display an icon to the left of the filename.

After getting files saved and renamed, you should have a folder that looks similar to:
FilesSetup
