Although almost all users use the 'Web-based' version, you may use either version.

1. Master Schedule Assistant Application
Used by Timetablers in the spring and by Guidance and Admin year-round.
Price: $270 (+HST) for one-year school license.
- Web Version or MS Access® Version - you may use either
There is no data-entry required. The app imports Master Schedule CSV data extracted from existing Aspen® or PowerSchool® (or other SIS) reports.
2. Section Allocation Assistant Application
Used by staffing groups during March-April-May.
Price: $80 (+HST) for school license.

The app imports Course Request Tally CSV data extracted from existing Aspen® or PowerSchool® (or other SIS) reports.
3. Teacher Absence/OnCall Assistant Application
This app was developed at the request of some Vice-Principals who were struggling with the daily chore of handling Teacher Absences
and assigning and tracking Teacher OnCalls.
Price: $550 (+HST) for one year school license.

The app establishes each Teacher's teaching assignment by importing Master Schedule CSV data extracted from existing Aspen® or PowerSchool® (or other SIS) reports.
4. Elementary Schedule Assistant Application
Used by Elementary P, VP, Office Staff to create and manage Class/Teacher/Room Schedules.
Price: $100 (+HST) for one-year school license.
