Elementary Schedule Assistant app (*This is a new app - released Dec 2019)

I have had teachers away and I have been trying to organize virtual speakers. Being able to pop the induvial teacher schedules and the master schedule up on my screen has made decision making much easier! Still loving it!

Thanks for the intro today - much appreciated. Andrea and Darlene both agreed it will help them with many aspects of managing teachers' schedules etc.

It has helped me already - just started using it today! - The Office Staff are also excited to have the schedules available. It has already helped with today's Supply teachers!

Secondary Timetable (Master Schedule) Assistant app - traditional MS Access version and Web-Based version
Many comments regarding the traditional MS Access version of the Timetable (Master Schedule) Assistant app and some recent comments regarding the new 'Web' version of the Timetable (Master Schedule) Assistant app which provides a number of additional features - based on feedback, it appears that the 'colour' capability is a big favourite.


(re: the new Web version) "Hi Pete,This is very exciting. I like the greater use of colour. I need to colour code EVERYTHING for my brain and currently highlight on each grade master which courses are applied/college, academic/uni/M, and open. I would have loved trialing this this year."
