The application provides the ability to track students' credit progress. Monitoring Comments and Monitoring teacger etc. can be entered.
Students are assigned a Credit Group based on a small table which is maintained by the user.
Below are some of the many reports available within the Student Grad Monitoring Assistant application.
2. All Students - Student Grad Monitoring Assistant Application
These display all students in the school.

3. Monitored Students Only - Student Grad Monitoring Assistant Application
These display only 'Monitored' students in the school. ie. Student who have been assigned a Monitoring Teacher, Monitoring Comments etc.

Most data comes from the 'Graduates and Potential Graduates Report', but additional information can be entered by the user here.
6. General Information - Student Grad Monitoring Assistant Application
Monitoring Teacher, Monitoring Comments, Paid Coop, At Risk, Retired fields can be entered.
As the year proceeds, up-to-date 'Graduates and Potential Graduates Report' data can be re-imported while keeping the existing user-entered information.
Credit Group is re-assigned each time data is imported, or when the Credit Group table is altered by the user.
