1. Sample Reports - Introduction - Co-op Teacher Assistant Application

The Co-op Teacher Assistant is a great tool for Co-operative Education teachers to organize and manage the many tasks etc. that are unique to Co-operative Education teachers.

Below are some of the many reports available within the Co-op Teacher Assistant Application.

2. Entering Student and Placement information - Co-op Teacher Assistant Application

Typically, Student information might initially be entered during a previous semester since Co-op requires much planning. But, regardless, at some point Student information is entered, and then added to as more information becomes available.
At any point in time, a variety of Student lists are available. For early in the semester, Placement Progress reports provide information as to which students have secured a placment, which are being interviewed etc.

Note that this is just one of a variety of reports which list Students - some show Student and Employer information, some show detailed Student information.
Some provide the ability to 'Enter A Report Title'. Some show all students. Some are grouped by AM and PM. etc.

3. Monitoring Students - Co-op Teacher Assistant Application

Student Monitoring
Once students are 'placed', Monitoring comments etc. can be entered and reported.
One of my favourite reports is the 'Monitoring at a Glance Report'. This provides a quick visual summary of monitoring visits and brief anecdotes. (Detailed Monitoring Comments are also entered and can be viewed in other reports.)

4. Pre-Filled Timesheets - Co-op Teacher Assistant Application

Timesheets can be automatically generated (select which students, select which weeks). Anecdotal comments for any date in the year can be entered into a Timesheet Calendar table which is easy to maintain. The Header (TASKS, ACTIVITIES' etc.) can be edited by the user. Also the Footer (Four lines starting 'You must call your employer...') can be edited by the user.
