The Co-op Teacher Assistant is a great tool for Co-operative Education teachers to organize and manage the many tasks etc. that are unique to Co-operative Education teachers. I was a Co-op teacher for several years and developed this application for myself and fellow colleagues. The application provides a multitude of Reports and functions.

I will provide a fully-functional evaluation version of the software to you and give you an 'over-the-phone' demonstration of the software. Because there is no installation required, it is very easy to get started. No commitment to purchase before you try it.

1. Introduction/Applicatiom Use - Co-op Teacher Assistant

The application provides reports that are used by Co-operative Education teachers. I have listed a few here but more is explained in the 'Introduction/Use' section below:
Enter Student information, Placement information, Monitoring information
Keep track of Assignments and which have been handed-in
Keep track of Timesheets and which have been handed-in
Generate pre-filled weekly Timesheets (including Student Name, Supervisor info, Dates, and any anecdotal messages by date.)
Maintain Teacher Travel log, for reporting/reimbursement.
Print labels
Various functions which help when working on the 'next semester' students and placements.

Although there are a multitude of reports and functions, some users do not use all of the available functions. Most users use the Monitoring at a Glance, and recording/reporting Timesheet Hours and Assignments, also generating pre-filled Timesheets for students.

Note that the other applications on this site are exclusively for Trillium® schools. This application does not require that the school is a Trillium® school. It is not dependent on the school computer administration system.
This is a Microsoft© Access application file which requires no installation, other than to have Microsoft© Access installed on your computer.

3. Pricing - Co-op Teacher Assistant

Email to request a free evaulation version of the software. The evaluation version is fully-functional. Included also is an over-the-phone discussion/demonstration/tutorial which will teach you how to use the software. You could receive yours as soon as today.

The software purchase is a yearly licence, sold to a specific school. The Co-op Teacher Assistant application can be installed on any computers within a school. Price of the software is $100.00 for a *full one-year licence. The licence expires at the end of the school year. *The price would be adjusted/pro-rated based on the time of year that the purchase is made.
