1. Sample Reports - Introduction - Attendance Assistant Application
The Attendance Assistant application has two main components:
1. The first component allows the user to analyze and summarize student absences.
2. The second component allows the user to quickly generate individualized 'Attendance Letters' which can then be sent home.
Below are some of the reports available within the Attendance Assistant application.
2. Student Attendance Analysis Reports - Attendance Assistant Application
All Absences can be displayed in a variety of sort orders: By Name, By Grade, By Age, By Total Absences

These are your 'Regular' non-attenders.
An Option is provided to enter a specific number and then display only students who have missed at least that number of classes in
any one course. These reports are great for Student Success meetings or for identifying students who need most the counselling regarding attendance etc.
This is a great way of displaying just your 'Regular' non-attenders on a couple of pages.
